The Hunger Games – Physical Challenge – in gym

This activity was a test of survival skills. Each district was given two gym mats. Students had to get from one side of the gym to the other using only the two mats and not touching the floor at all. The middle of the gym was designated toxic wasteland. Students were rated on a scale of 1 through 12 – the same way the Hunger Games tributes were rated in the training session.
